🩺 Health Guarantee 🩺
At the time of purchase, we assure the wellbeing of your new puppy.
- It is mandatory for your Cavapoo puppy to undergo a veterinary examination within 72 hours of your acquisition. In the event of the discovery of a serious health issue by the veterinarian, you are entitled to a replacement puppy of the same value, either immediately or as soon as available. This is contingent upon presenting a veterinary letter confirming the Cavapoo puppy's health issue.
We offer a health warranty covering major viral diseases for a week following your acquisition of the puppy. Should the puppy unfortunately pass away within this period, an autopsy, arranged and funded by the buyer, is required. The results, along with the puppy's microchip identification, must be provided to us prior to any exchange.
We provide a two-year guarantee from the transfer date against significant genetic disorders. In the case of such a disorder being diagnosed, a replacement Cavapoo puppy of equal value will be provided. This requires a veterinarian's report and relevant OFA test results, along with the puppy's. We reserve the right for a secondary verification by a veterinarian of our choosing. Please note, we do not cover any medical or other expenses, and any transportation costs for the exchange of puppies falls to the buyer. The guarantee includes specific conditions like significant heart murmurs requiring daily medication. Opting to keep a puppy with such a condition will entitle you to a 90% refund of the purchase price, excluding travel costs. This guarantee covers life-threatening congenital heart, liver, or kidney defects.
Conditions such as hypoglycemia, mild diseases, or injuries caused by accidents, dangerous chemical intake, or negligence are not covered by this two-year health guarantee. Cancer treatment costs and those associated with certain orthopedic disorders are also not included.
The ultimate goal of selling pups is to find them loving homes as pets.Expenses resulting from sickness, injury, death, behavioral issues, or infertility that occur after the puppy has left our facility are not our responsibility.
The laws of Florida County, Key West, make this agreement binding. In the event of a disagreement, the buyer will be responsible for paying our legal expenses.
Dogs need to eat high-quality AAFCO-approved food, be vaccinated regularly according to AVMA standards, take heartworm prevention, and live in an appropriate environment according to state legislation.
Only the original buyer is a party to this agreement. Transfer of puppy ownership voids the guarantee. If rehoming is needed, we must be contacted for assistance and our puppies should never be placed in a shelter.
We prioritize the health of our puppies and only ship under safe weather conditions, usually from Monday to Saturday. We guarantee the healthy arrival of your puppy, though they may need a short period to acclimate to their new home."
